OMI’S Sport Specific Personal Training is geared toward the athlete looking to improve their foundations in proper exercise techniques and training fundamentals. The focus with 1-on-1 training is to improve development through training that includes the latest in strength, agility, plyometrics, and power. To be a great athlete, you need to focus on training and developing all aspects of performance. You will find a comprehensive program led by former professional baseball player and physical therapist, Dr. Matt Bashore, that will lead each athlete to use their power and understanding to perform and move at a higher level.
