Are you still doing the same workout routine that you learned 10 years ago? For our body to adapt, it needs to be exposed to new stimuli. Remote Training Programs can be tailored to any fitness level and equipment accessibility.
Remote Training Program starts with an initial assessment to discuss your training and injury history, assess your movement and lifting proficiency, and discuss your specific goals. Your individualized program is then designed and a second visit is scheduled to walk-through your program to make sure you understand the training exercises and answer any questions you may have.
