THE OMI DIFFERENCE
WHY SETTLE FOR NORMAL WHEN YOU CAN BE OPTIMAL!
The traditional therapy model is setup to help people get back to “normal” by using outdated approaches. It is not designed to meet the needs of athletes who are wanting to achieve their best performance. At OMI, we use an innovative approach to focus not just on your injury or pain but on health, fitness, and performance as a whole.
Come back stronger after an injury or surgery, return to past activities, and optimize your performance.
HOW CAN OMI HELP?

OMI provides a hands-on approach that starts with a thorough biomechanical and movement assessment of the body. We assess how your body moves and operates to identify what imbalances and movement dysfunctions may be leading to the development of your pain, limiting your movement choices, and decreasing your performance. From this assessment, we then tailor an individualized treatment approach that gets you back to moving optimally. We work hard to exceed your expectations and get you back to doing what you love most! #theOMIdifference

PHYSICAL THERAPY FAQs
DO I NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR FIRST?
No. You can come straight to physical therapy without a referral. This allows to start therapy sooner, feel better faster, as well save time and money. We have advanced training in assessing, diagnosing, and treating injuries of the musculoskeletal systems. If necessary, we may recommend you visit a physician for further evaluation, testing, and/or imaging.
DO I HAVE TO BE INJURED TO RECEIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY?
No! At OMI, we pride ourselves at identifying limitations/impairments in strength/stability, range of motion, and movements patterns that may be causing injury, limiting your performance, or that could lead to future injury. We then provide a combination of hands-on techniques and corrective exercises to target the identified limitations to optimize your movement and performance.
DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
OMI is an out of network provider, meaning we do not directly accept insurance. You may however, contact your insurance company and find out what your out of network therapy benefits are. They may reimburse you for some or even all of your PT services. OMI will provide you with the information you need to share with your insurance company to get reimbursed. OMI practices this way because we work for you, not insurance companies. This model allows you to get the most out of your physical therapy visits!
